It also has excellent tear resistance for easy removal of the pieces.<br \/>\nTechnical Features:<\/p>\n<p>Color: blue<br \/>\nVulcanizes at 120 \u00b0 C<br \/>\nVulcanization time: 3 min \/ mm<br \/>\nShrinkage 2.0% -2.50%<br \/>\nSquare size: 300 x 300 x 6.5 mm<br \/>\nHardness 40\/42 shA<br \/>\nDensity: 1.37 gr \/ ml<br \/>\nElongation: 530%<br \/>\nBreaking load: 5.20 N \/ mm\u00b2<br \/>\nLaceration: 12.70 N \/ mm<\/p>\n<p>How to use:<\/p>\n<p>Prepare the aluminum bracket suitable for the piece to be reproduced<br \/>\nCut two rubber sheets suitable for the size of the slots of the bracket<br \/>\nSprinkle both rubber sheets with matrix spray so they don&#8217;t become a single block once cured<br \/>\nPlace the piece between the two rubber sheets (well pressed)<br \/>\nInsert the bracket with rubber and piece inside and proceed with vulcanization<br \/>\nOnce it has cooled, pull out the bracket and remove the rubber<br \/>\nProceed with zigzag cuts on the side to facilitate subsequent repositioning, then remove the piece inside.<\/p>\n<p>Disposal considerations:<br \/>\nRecover if possible.
