CLEANFLOW is a kit created to support the preparation process of casting cylinders. It has been developed to improve the flow and the burning phase of the tree material during the burnout cycle.
\nThe principle on which it is based lowers considerably the problems due to slags inside the cylinder and combustion gas bubbles that struggle to exit with the traditional system.
\nThe kit is composed of:<\/p>\n
perforated lid for the centering of the sprue and creation of a second hole in the investment cover
\nheat-resistant conic-shaped cap to seal the second hole at the bottom of the cylinder during metal pouring phase
\nbase in steel and ciclips, to support the heat-resistant cone for the correct positioning at the bottom of the cylinders
\nseal to cover the upper part of the cone for greater resistance during metal pouring<\/p>\n
Through the chimney effect, thanks to the passage of the investment cover created by positioning of the perforated lid in the upper part, CLEANFLOW allows an easier and natural flow from the top of the slags and combustion gas caused by wax pouring, resin burning or use of similar materials for the creation of the tree.

Efficient resin combustion resulting in increase of casting qualities thanks to the major reduction of waste residue
\nEasy flow of the combustion gas of the tree for improvement of casting quality
\nReduction of the cylinders burnout cycle, due to the fact that the through-hole, the chimney that goes through the cylinder vacuums the heat from the outside to the inside facilitating a faster burnout compared to the cylinders prepared in the traditional way (with only one hole).<\/p>\n
Reduction from 20% to 50% of cylinder burn-out time
